A show about friendship, making a difference and knowing what it means to belong.

Comedy Storytelling and Conversation – A show about friendship, making a difference and knowing what it means to belong with Abdi Aden and Justine Sless.

About Abdi Aden
Abdi Aden is the author of the books Shining Story of a Lucky Man and Yes I Can, and is a public speaker.

“I was forced to flee my home in Mogadishu due to Somalia’s shattering civil war. Separated from my family, I spent the next years doing what I could do to survive in Romania before arriving in Melbourne alone. At this time I was just a young boy of around 16yrs old. I had no family and found it difficult without any support from family and friends.”
