Hispanos Unidos de Victoria (HUDV)
Mexican party games and activities

10 AM to 5 PM – Arts and Cultural Activities
Colour some traditional Mexican images to either have as masks or take home as a keepsake. We will also have a traditional Mexican photo stand-in for you to take pictures!

11 AM to 12 PM – Balero Workshop
Assemble and decorate your own traditional Mexican wooden toy! One toy for $10 and 2 for $15.

11 AM to 11:30 PM – ¡Globos para los pequeños!
This is a game for children that will have each player with a balloon tied around their  ankle. The object of the game is to pop the balloons of the other players. The last one left with a balloon wins!

11:30 AM to 12 PM – ¡Globos para los medianos!
This is the same fun filled game, but for teenagers this time!

11:30 AM to 12 PM – Clase de español!
Come and learn some Spanish!

12 PM to 12:30 PM – ¡Globos para los grandes!
Adults join in the fun this time!

1 PM to 2 PM – Balero Workshop
Assemble and decorate your own traditional Mexican toy!   One toy for $10 and 2 for $15.

1 PM to 1:30 PM – ¡Piñata para los pequeños y medianos!
Piñatas are traditional Mexican decorated paper maché “figures” filled with toys, candy, fruit, etc. Piñatas are broken as part of a celebration. Children/Adolescents will have a go at breaking the piñata and once the piñata spills its contents, it becomes a game of who gets what.

1:30 PM to 2 PM – ¡Piñata para los grandes!
This is the same fun filled game, but for adults this time!

2:30 PM to 3 PM – ¡Clase de español!

3 PM to 4 PM – Balero Workshop

Sri Lankan Fellowship presents Akhila Fernando Bendigo based visual artist and his Father visiting from Sri Lanka Hemaratne Fernado. Join them in art activities.
